Fall In Love with Customer Experience

Customer experience has been top-of-mind for marketers for years now, but very few are actually prioritizing it in practice. How can marketers take the philosophy of personalized, engaging CX and bring it to action?

CMO Council and MoEngage recently came together for a webinar diving into the different nuances of AI as it pertains to relationship management, marketing messaging, and agility in the ever-changing digital ecosystem.

When your audience is bombarded with thousands of marketing messages every day, it can be challenging to break through the noise. Marketers are struggling to find ways to activate, engage and maintain customers in 2022, but AI is available to help. You can listen to the full recording of the webinar any time on demand here.

Customer loyalty goes beyond great customer experience. It can be narrowed down to simply capturing and maintaining their attention. With competition always biding for your customers’ attention (and dollars) and the concept of brand loyalty diminishing year over year, cutting through the noise and finding ways to make meaningful connections with your customers is key to sustaining them.

CMO Council recently partnered with Cvent and released a new report diving into what the next generation of events will look like. Digital events are great in theory, but attendees are getting tired of them. A huge factor in this is the fact that it’s infinitely harder to cultivate a meaningful connection with attendees over a screen. Although digital events are great for reaching a wide audience, there can be huge hinderances when it comes time to connect with that audience. This report explores ways to navigate that, in light of the pandemic and hesitations to move back to in-person events. Implementing AI into hybrid events is just one of the key ways that marketers can create a lasting relationship with their attendees.
